Concrete poetry - Shaped poetry

Simply a poem that the presented in the shape of an object.  Most often the titles.

Example Poem

Hammered

                                                                                                                 I

                                                                                                                  do

                                                                                                                    not

even                                                                                                             take a

drink but  maybe twice a year, but I remember once when young, I got too

drunk on beer.  Don't remember much,  I mumbled, cried and I stammered

but                                                                                                               I'll not

                                                                                                                     forget

                                                                                                                   that I got

                                                                                                                  hammered.
